Unhappy Horrible Linea T-Jet Test Drive Experience at TORQUE FIAT Gurgaon

Today I had called the linea Tjet for a test drive from TORQUE FIAT Gurgaon and the appointment was fixed for 12pm and arrived at 01:28 pm after calling several times and guiding him the route.
The staff at the reception who took the call was also very inexperienced and they just dont know how to handle the customers and i had to call almost 10 times to arrange the testdrive.... seriously an headache......
No one will buy their cars if they will not treat their customers properly and efficiently

Finally the car arrived after a long long time and i see a sales person who is just doesent know much about the car and to my surprise i see that the fuel gauge was at EMPTY and when i just asked him about the fuel he replied that " aap Chalao chal jayegi " when i insisted him then he called his superior and asked me to take to the fuel pump and on the way almost 50 meters away from the pump the car stopped due to no fuel
Then the fuel pump guys and he pushes it to the pump and refuels for 200 rupees.
He also didnt know about how to use the Blue and me function.

Overall the car was awesome to drive and i felt that i am driving something really equivalent to my Petra
The car is just fabulous but the dealers and the incompetent staff are letting the Brand Down Name: IMG672.jpg

Sad! Dealership invests in crores, profits from each car sale is in thousands, they cannot fill petrol for a few hundreds properly? If they cannot fill fuel properly, we shouldn't be concerned of poor knowledge of the Sales guy. May be one should ask him if he is getting paid atleast?

Last week even i called Linea for a Test Drive from Balaji Motor as my HR head was planning to buy Duster and i convinced him for linea.

i noticed same thing fuel tank almost empty but thank god it did not stalled while test drive.

But this sale guy had fair idea about the car .

Hope this dealers dont screw up this time for FIAT.

Chennai dealers somewhat better but in all my test drives except maruti and mahindra all cars were on low fuel. especially fiat never came with at least 1/4th fuel level. all these happens when Tata handled Fiat sales, not sure about now.

@karthik- Sir u are right i was also feeling pity on the sales person as it was not his fault but the dealer or their managers who check these things should do it properly

@Naveen- Yes sir it was set on italian and i changed it to english later

@Nilesh Naidu- I dont know why dont they fill atleast some fuel to atleast avoid stalling of the vehicle

@Dhans- Sir same thing happened with Fiat Caffee when our member THE REDBELUGA (SID) went for the TD and his car also stopped midway due to no fuel

Few months back, when I had asked for FIAT 90hp Punto TD in Mangalore, The Fuel needle was at the below E Mark, when asked the sales guy he was smart enough to answer to say that, "Sir, The TD vehicle had to come from Chennai on your request." I din't knew what to tell him for his [may be a] prompt answer.

are the dealers implicitly conveying prospective buyers that petrol costs are too high even for them to fill in a few litres and so stay away from petrol fuelled vehicles?

but this attitude of the dealers HURTS!

Cool down. All this can happen with a dealer of any car manufacturer. This is typical Indian attitude.

When I went to test drive Verna after launch at Express Hyundai they unshamingly told me that they don't have TD car for Verna and everyone buys it in faith of Hyundai.

Now, I am hearing the same kind of attitude from Honda dealers in Chennai for the Amaze.
