    Dear Sid,

It is sad to hear this feedback that your experience was not good. We willcertainly share this with YOKOHAMA so that such behaviour is not shown by their dealers and they are informed about customer engagement.

Please note that this is attitude problems of people and managers & staff at certain places in your case in Delhi. It is also to be noted that the dealer gets much less margin when he gives the tyres at such special prices and hence this kind of attitude is shown. We will find out from Yokohama if they can recommend any better dealer than this one whom we will now have to avoid and also tell everyone not to go there. Let them know this will hurt their business.

In South India we have never so far got any such feedback and by and large we can also never generalise this.

Enjoy the C Drive Yokohama tyres, they are really worth it and you will see their performance & durability, handling, cornering & braking etc.

i believe all your bitter experience is attributed to the attitude of the dealership, Sid. Hopefully Yokohama won't ever suggest this dealer for our members from the next time. And please do spread the word to all NCR members and friends about the experience at Resham tyres..

My car was wobbling at three digit speeds that sunday evening. Issues with balancing I guess. Before that, the car was running fine. I will tell them to check WA and WB again. In case yokohama is listening, tyres are brilliant, but the tyrewallahs are spoiltsports.

Ha Ha RedBeluga...same dialogue with FIAT too CAR is Superb, Car Dealers are spoilsports (in some few cases of course)

It is because of us bunch of crazy FIAT Fans the show is going on for FIAT and may be the same with Yokohama too.

Please do check the weights on the wheels Brother and get the balancing done and get the wheel alignment redone / rechecked and the wobbling will vanish.

I had recently experienced this and got it resolved.

Re: Feedback thread for MFW corporate offers

It is a long time since I posted any updates, that was mainly because of the lack of time. But I was logging in once in a while and reading content.
Coming to my updates, the Yokohama DB Decibel Series, which I installed over two years back is now nearing 25000 kms. Drive is still smooth and soft, the only problem being frequent punctures. I got two punctures each on the front tyres in the last three months.

Unlike Yokos, the previous BS ones didnt give me punctures untill the fourth year. I can't fully blame the tyres for the punctures, because the kind of road I drive also matters. Construction waste, which contains nails and screws are the most obvious culprit.

Looking at the wear now, I think the tyres will easy run for another 20000 kms easily.
