    Hi, Dhans

    Thanks.

    FAN speed-2 noise?

I need to closely check the noise and report this in future.

    Clutch pedal noise:
Now there is no noise on using the clutch pedal, Let me check the condition of the bush if i heard the noise next time. I had changed the MC/SC and entire clutch kit in this service, I hope that they would have also checked the condition of the this bush as well.

    Brake breathing noise:

I need to know about this operation further.

Parcel tray noise at slowing down:
I will check the back boot rubber bush. This tray was newly placed at the time of installing the speakers at Radio ware house, and size is little bigger than the default tray.

    Regards
    Maharajan

    Hi Maharajan,

I too face the FAN speed noise issue in my GTX. For sure, my 1.2 NV doesn't make that loud noise. Let me know if you find the root cause of it.
    Cheers,
    Manikandan

    Hi, Manikandan

It can not be FAN speed-2 noise, since I had noticed that the temperature dial is at 30%. As for as, I know, FAN will run at speed 2 will be active > 98 degree and speed 1 will be active > 95? I really need to found out who is creating this loud noise. This noise is totally different and I have not heard this before this service.

    Dear maharajan,
The clutch pedal noise can be rectified by spraying wd40, break pedal breathing noise is normal will come only once when u start the car. If frequently coming check vacuum hose connected frim booster to engine. Parcel tray noise can be solved ourselves check the rubber padding as anandh said. I was having all the above problems in my car and now solved.

    Hi, All

I had close to 1000KM drive this festive season and returned to Chennai today evening. It is very nice drive in NH to Sivagangai.

I had confirmed that the loud noise is coming from the FAN during slowing down this FAN speed kicks in and noise stopped as soon as the FAN stops. I am referring the FAN facing radiator.

I also hearing a noise at bottom of the car during slowing down and sharp turn at slow speed, I doubt that this noise is coming from the S bend exhaust pipe.

    Thanks and Regards

Second stage fan will on when you use a/c even at low temperature. The sound you referred at slow speed and in turns may be lower arm or tie rod ball joint noise. Check the same.

    Hi, Nagarajan

    Thanks.

    1. Is there anyway to reduce this FAN running noise? I am able to feel this vibration in steering.

    2. I will check the lower arm and tie rod ball joint

    Thanks and Regards

PleasecCheck the fan bracket/mounting. There is a fair chance of the same being out of alignment which will result in the fan becoming louder and also increase vibrations upto the steering.

    Hi, cvanandh

How do check FAN mounting? can be checked by our self, or do I need to ask technician to check the same?

    Thanks and Regards
