Naveen' s entire experience at the Maruti showroom was pretty worse if you know the full story.

Anyways, I think it's time for you to share some of your car and get the miles clocking.

    Dear Sivakumar & Team,

I discussed the issues faced by Sivakumar & his family after I read his post and I am going to take this issue up with CAI Industries top most management and I have already informed this to Sivakumar.

We cannot let this kind of an attitude by a team of foot on the ground people at dealership spoil the buying experience.

Such people give bad name to FIAT Brand and it isn't the product nor the company.

People who are behind this will have to face the music from their own management.

I know if we call their front office we will not get connected to their Director and I am sure there is another way to reach them.

Thank you MN sir, it was indeed a pleasure and surprise to speak to your over phone and explain the detailed scenario that happened.
    Few updates:

    1. Yuvaraj did not call my brother as promised on monday and update him after checking with his team and records about the extended warranty and reverse parking sensors.
    2. The team lead Vadivel visited my home yesterday and fitted in the number plates.

I agree with you dhans. Unless, we, the owners unite to keep a check on the management through sharing our views and posting our experiences, it definitely wont change and will instead get worsen.
I wish i should not get any issues with the car. My parents took in the car for a short spin to monkey falls, pollachi, around 150 kms trip this sunday and quite enjoyed the ride.

Feel sad upon hearing this kind of a treatment of a customer from a dealer of a reputed brand.

Sometimes I feel that in India, even though we as customers pay the money here, we do not end up as being the kings as the saying goes that Customer is the king.

But glad to hear that your parents enjoyed the drive.
Wishing you many more joyful kms on your black beauty!

For customers, its only FIAT showroom sir! And looks like these sales ppl @CAI don't have commitment for the products they sell.
Mostly, they don't understand that they're not representing CAI but FIAT actually!

FIAT took a step bold enough to come out of TATA venture to start their own dealerships across India! but looks like they have not instilled their thought process well in dealers to restore the glory of a brand that became suicidal once!!
