Not uploading the updates

Sir / sirs,
I am trying for last 4-5 days to update the existing threads with further detail and literature, but somehow it is not getting up.
In the browser a massage appears as under:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /newreply.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 406 Not Acceptable error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Could I be guided in this problem?
Admins and others are requested to help me resolving this issue.

Sir, can you let us know on the below of any one of the image that you are trying to upload
1. Image format (jpg/png etc)
2. Image size.

Also, if not already done, can you retry once by clearing browser cache and cookies.
